1. Booking & Scheduling

• Lessons are available both online and in person.

• All lesson requests must be submitted through the official booking form.

• Preferred dates and times are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp by my assistant.

2. Payment & Fees

• Payment is required only after confirmation of the booking.

• Payment must be completed within 24 hours after the booking confirmation.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon confirmation.

• Lesson packages must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Unused lessons beyond this period will expire and are non-refundable.​

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the lesson being forfeited without a refund.

• If a lesson is canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered up to two rescheduling options. After two attempts, no further rescheduling will be offered.

4. Lesson Attendance & Punctuality

• Lessons begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time.

5. Lesson Format & Requirements

• Online lessons require a stable internet connection and a quiet practice space.

• Students are encouraged to bring a notebook and any materials relevant to their training (e.g., sheet music, backing tracks).

6. First-Time Booking Discount

• New students receive a 20% discount on their first lesson or lesson package. This applies only to first-time bookings and cannot be combined with other offers.

7. Communication & Support

• My assistant will provide personalized support via WhatsApp to finalize your booking and answer any questions.

• Any changes to policies or lesson availability will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
